Life is absolutely hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be difficult to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I truly love the smell of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.
Of course, I also know that sleep is crucial. But sometimes, when you're powering through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly stressed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).
No criticism here – we all have our vices. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

This ritualistic process of crushing beans, mixing hot water, and patiently allowing for the perfect brew becomes my moment of clarity. Each sip carries with it a sense of serenity, grounding me in the here and now.
